2004 Inductee David Williams

David was a long-time employee in the actuarial area in the Department of Commerce and Insurance in Nashville before his retirement eight years ago. David pioneered the PC into the Department of Commerce and Insurance. Long before most state employees were attempting to master WordPerfect, David had built relational databases to make the work of his division more efficient. He assisted virtually every division in modernizing their work making them more accessible to the public. He is currently employed by the Insurors of Tennessee in Nashville.
